An unlimited number of employee roles can be created, ensuring that each individual only sees and edits the information relevant to them.

Furthermore, HR teams can automate key processes—such as onboarding, information gathering, and performance reviews—ensuring timely reminders for all involved parties. Role-based reminders can be configured company-wide or for specific employee groups.

The self-service functionality significantly reduces the workload for the HR department. Depending on their permissions, employees can update their own profile information, request absences, approve absences for their direct reports, provide feedback on applicants, and much more.
